Contaminated water kills a child every 15 seconds...

It has been two years since Project440 occurred, but the efforts to end the global water crisis have not subsided in the least! If anything, the problem has become more publicized and everyone--from activists to actors, corporations to churches--is participating. This Saturday is World Water Day once again. My church here in NC wants to actually go somewhere and dig the well themselves. This seems to be a bit of a problem as most programs require you to be over 21 or 18, which rules out teenagers in the church going, and they want peopl to go for a month or two, which is difficult for working individuals. Now, they are looking into Central America because of the programs that are there. I hope we can find a place where we can give more than just money.
